Multi-Day Tours – Make the most of your journey!!!
Our Multi-Day Tours are designed to give you an intimate and custom experience of the Southwest. Overnight tours are custom planned, small group tours. We do not have “canned itineraries”. We plan the tour based on your desires. The tour length, destinations, sites and activities are all up to you. The tours include all ground transportation, driver / guide, trip planning and reservations, hotel for nights during the tour and certain admissions. Extras such as air tours, lake cruises, Jeep tours and guided hikes are additional.
For many people, one day is simply not enough. You want to relax on your journey to Arizona and not only see everything it has to offer, but relish in the fine dining experiences and lush overnight accommodations that we in Arizona are known for. You might want to experience more than simply the scenic views and historical spots. You want to see the little western towns come to life at night…. Whiskey Row in Prescott, Lowell Observatory in Flagstaff, or maybe just have the ability to be at the Grand Canyon for a sunrise or sunset or both. We offer multiple day tours of almost any length, that will get you these experiences, and also get you to the farther reaches from Phoenix. The more untouched locations such as Canyon de Chelly, Monument Valley, Antelope Canyon, and more. Let us plan an itinerary for you, based on YOUR touring desires!!
The Southwest National Parks Tours: You tell us how many days you have…. and what sites you are most interested in…. and we will design a tour to suit your needs. Choose from Grand Canyon South Rim and/or North Rim, Monument Valley Tribal Park, Canyon de Chelly, Petrified Forest, Four Corners, Mesa Verde, The Arches, Bryce Canyon, and Zion. These National Parks and Tribal Parks are essential in your Southwestern U.S. tour.
The following are some overnight tour ideas. Use one of these as a template or mix and match the parts that you like best.
Sedona – Flagstaff – Grand Canyon: Get the most out of the Northern Arizona experience!! Contact us with preferences for accommodations, length of tour and where you would prefer to spend most of your time, and we will set up a tour just for you. The first day will be spent taking in the Beauty of Sedona, then on day two we’ll head to the Grand Canyon for a day of breath-taking views!! This tour can easily be stretched beyond two days if you desire, as the available activities are endless. For example, tour the Flagstaff area with it’s abundance of history or add a pass through Jerome and Prescott on a third day. Opt for an overnight in Historic Williams and we’ll arrange for a ride on the Grand Canyon Railway to the Grand Canyon!
Northern Arizona Loop Tour: Interested in the above tour to Sedona and Grand Canyon, but want to see more? Add a few days to your experience and visit Lake Powell for Hummer Tours, Canyon Tours and a Lake Cruise… Monument Valley for a horseback ride, a jeep tour, or a fantastic hike…. or how about a Route 66 tour through Winslow and the Painted Desert? Canyon de Chelly, The Petrified Forest National Park, and more…..
Tucson – Bisbee – Tombstone: Choose the best of Southern Arizona and combine it into a multiple day tour. We’ll tour Tucson first, choosing from options such as The Arizona-Sonoran Desert Museum and Old Tucson Studios, touring the Pima Air and Space Museum, and visiting San Xavier Mission. Then we’ll head toward the old west with a day in Tombstone and Bisbee!! Experience the O.K. Corral and walk the streets of Tombstone. Have lunch Saloon style and visit the Boothill Graves. Options for a third day are to include a trip to the Wineries of Sonoita and Elgin for an afternoon of wine –tasting, followed by a stop in Tubac, famous for it’s Art Galleries and Hand Crafted Gift Shops.
Prescott –Jerome – Sedona: Start closer to Phoenix on this tour beginning in Prescott with a visit to the Sharlot Hall Museum, a very unique and western experience. Then head the Courthouse Plaza and spend the day in historic downtown. Prescott has a lot to offer, including antique shops, mead & wine tasting and great food. Later, enjoy the nightlife of Whiskey Row for an evening of fun and adventure. Opt for an over night stay in a historic hotel, turned Bed and Breakfast that you’ll never forget!! On the next day, we’ll move on to Sedona, passing through the Mining town of Jerome on the way. Jerome is a little town built on the side of a mountain and the views are incredible!!
